Delivery, Returns & Refunds
The Returns Procedure and Refund Policy will guide you through the process of returning products and how to request a refund. If you have specific queries that you wish to address, contact us in the first instance, by clicking on the button below.
For refund relating to workshops and other service (not products), these are available under the terms and conditions of each booking and available to you at the time of booking.
Delivery
Delivery is from £3.50 and we ship nationwide from our location in London.
dispatch
Dispatch times vary however, we aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours. If your order arrives after our collection service, it will be dispatched the next day. You will receive a dispatch notification to let you know that your order has left us and is on its way to you. Items will be sent via Royal Mail or any of our other trusted shipping companies and packed securely so that they reach you in perfect conditions
Delivery
We will always use the most efficient and secure option to deliver your goods. Although out first option for shipping is Royal Mail, we may use other services depending on the value, size and weight of your order; and reserve the right to upgrade your delivery (free of charge) to one that is more secure (such as a courier service).
Returns
We accept returns of orders as long as it is unused and in re-sellable condition within 30 days from the day that you received it. Check individual items for specific return information.

Toys should be unused and in original packaging.

Nappies should be unwashed and unused (same as any items of clothing).

There are exceptions to the above. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns of items such as feminine hygiene products.
When returning an item that was part of a larger order, we'll refund the item excluding any postage costs that would have been incurred had you not ordered the returned item in the first place. For example, if you qualified for cheaper or free postage by ordering this item however, by returning it, you are below the cheaper or free postage rate, postage would be taken off your refund.

When returning an entire order we'll refund for the items but not the delivery postage you paid, unless you are returning the items within 14 days of completion of your order.

Faulty Goods
Faulty Goods are deemed as goods with manufacturing faults.
When you receive your order, inspect it carefully prior to use to ascertain the condition it arrived in. If you find any fault, kindly notify us up to 7 days from the day that you received it. We aim to rectify what we can and will be happy to exchange or refund the goods once it is sent back to us.
FAULTY GOODS
If we receive goods that were returned as faulty and find out that they are not in fact faulty, we reserve the right not to reimburse the cost of return postage.
30 days
If an item develops a fault (manufacturing fault) within 30 days of delivery please contact us immediately. Any fault developing within 30days of delivery you are entitled to a full refund. After 30 days you will not be legally entitled to a refund if your item develops a fault. Kindly note that wear and tear due to usage is not a manufacturing fault.
