  • Developmental Information

Lacing "Carrots" unpainted is a toy that develops the motor skills.

Children begin to master the process of stringing and actually lacing from about 1.5 years old. It's not an easy task!

It requires getting used to grabbing the wooden needle so that its rather large tip sticks out. Holding the carrot so that the palm does not cover the hole. Matching the needle and the hole. Inserting the needle into the hole (otherwise the tip of the needle will rest against the wall and will not go anywhere). And-aerobatics! Release the handle and grab the needle from the other end of the hole.

  • Measurements & Care

Carrot size: length 7 cm, diameter 2 cm. Very strong, carved from beech.

The lacing consists of 7 carrots of perfect carrot shapes.

The needle is also made of beech, about 8-9 cm long and 8 mm in diameter with a safe rounded tip. Twisted rope made of 100% cotton about 40 cm long with a juniper limiter bead.

Recommendations for care: you can periodically wash under running water with soap and water. Do not soak for a long time.

  • Safety & Risk Assessments

As with all developmental toys, inspect items before allowing your child to use it. If it is broken and unsafe, remove it from your child's environment.

The toy is hand-painted with safe water-based paints
