Your 6-Week Framework
Week 1: Reconnect We begin by exploring your identity as a parent, your nervous system baseline, and what’s currently feeling heavy or tender. This session grounds you in self-awareness before we move into deeper pattern work.
Week 4: Repair We explore how to navigate disconnection and conflict — with your child and with yourself. You’ll learn how to repair ruptures without shame, and how to model emotional honesty.
Week 2: Reflect Together, we gently trace the emotional and generational patterns shaping your parenting — not to blame, but to understand. We identify what’s yours, what you’ve inherited, and what you’re ready to shift.
Week 3: Regulate You’ll learn practical, body-based tools for calming your nervous system — so you can respond with presence instead of reacting from overwhelm. This session helps you build emotional capacity, not control.
Week 5: Reframe This session invites you to rewrite the inner script: the stories of “not enough,” “too much,” or “doing it wrong.” We name your core parenting values and begin realigning your everyday choices with what truly matters.
Week 6: Root We close by integrating everything you’ve uncovered and creating sustainable rhythms, rituals, and supports to carry your growth forward. This is your space to feel rooted, not perfect — and ready to continue, gently.
